Strager Style focuses on strategic fashion styling with purpose. Strager works with both large and small companies creating and consulting on their corporate dress codes. She executes one-on-one styling sessions with high ranking individuals to elevate their style for partnership within a corporation or firm. Strager has spearheaded the development of a formal dress code for a global luxury brand and consistently styles executives in various lines of work. In addition to VIPS, Shaye works with brands to style their national and regional ambassadors for events, conferences and trade shows. She speaks at conferences and leadership seminars on The Wardrobe & The Workplace.
